The Oklahoma Utility Shareholders Association (OUSA) was formed for and by shareholders of Oklahoma Utilities to serve as an independent voice for Oklahoma's Utility Shareholders. Membership in OUSA is free and the organization is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership.
